This deodorant pot lasts for months. I decided to try it on my feet and have noticed it has sorted out a problem I had between my toes, namely Tinea pedis and this was surprising as it is a natural product. After showering apply a small amount onto dry skin, making sure to massage until completely absorbed. Sometimes you need to reapply if about to start at the gym so carrying a travel size with you can be a good idea but most people find 1 application is enough at the start of the day. The 65g jar will last you 4 to 6 months. If you have just shaved your armpits, the product is usually fine to apply immediately after showering and drying the area, however do not apply to broken skin. The Deodorant Creme is also a great way to help with chafing and/or sweaty areas around the groin and feet. Wash your hands with warm soapy water to remove any residue. This product may also help with foot odour but always patch test first and discontinue use in the unlikely event of any sensitivity.
